If a patient is coming in for Allergy Skin Testing 95004 and during this visit they require adjustment to their asthma controller meds therefore warranting a E&M code for the extra care for Asthma.. With ICD10 How are we appropriately to BILL
Was 99213 - 25 493.??
with 95004 billed with outcome of testing example 477.8 or 477.0

J45 INCLUDES allergic rhinitis

This is very disturbing because this is very general and does not show specificity nor allow for proper diagnosis tracking

Any comments, suggestions or advice regarding where I can find info on this is much appreciated.
