Wiki Asthma with cough

Good Morning,

I am trying to figure out which code to use. 493.82 cough variant asthma vs asthma with an additional code of cough unspecified.

This does not specifically say "Cough variant asthma" but I wondered if coded asthma, did I need to bring down the code for cough or just use the 493.82..see report
This is from outpatient radiology.

Thanks for your help...Again! Also, I tried looking in the guidelines but really could not identify this. Could someone point me in the right direction?

You can go with 493.82 as there is no infection/disease which is causing cough .(impression negetive).
