Hello.....

Hoping someone can help. I am still learning the vascular coding and I am stuck on 0237T for atherectomy of the ulnar artery.
The pt has Medicare but when I look on the CMS site there is no payment for this code. Is there another code for this atherectomy or do I just put a amount the doctor wants to charge for the 0237T?
Any help is appreciated.
