I have licensed athletic trainers on staff, the office is thinking of implementing the availability of "nurse injections" pre-determined in the physicians plan of care at the last office visit. Can the ATC administer the injection without the physician on site based off of POC????
 
Are you asking about billing incident to? Then no, Physician must be present in the office suite and must be immediately available to render assistance. In addition I'd make sure in your state it falls under scope of practice.
