Hello all,

"the internal os was dilated. Difficulty was encountered, due to the patients nulliparity, with resultant cervical lacerations. attempts were made (muliple) to pass the SlimLime hysterscope but, due to the nulliparity, it made it impossible. Therefore, the procedure was abandoned." 58555-74 (ASC)

then went on to do 58662

Code 58555-74 pelvic pain 625.9 and amenorrhea 626.0 and 998.2 for cervical lacerations???
