Does anyone know if the attempted Lap would be coded here? Also, would you code the B. Inguinal Heria as 49520 LT and 49520 59, RT? I plan on using 58152-22 for the TAH/BSO/BURSH w/lysis of abdominal and pelvic adhesions.

Is there an individual code for the Open lysis of adhesions or is the mod 22 sufficient w/a price increase?
Any opinions? I much appreciate any thoughts!
