Wiki attempted mediport

Please help - in operating room there was multiple attempts to place a mediport with no access. Then they tried under ultrasound guidance and was unsuccessful. They decided to stop the procedure. Any suggestions on how to bill this ? Thank you for your help !
 
well if it was unsuccessful I would bill 36561 (over 5 yrs of age) then either -52 mod for reduced services since some work was done the ultrasound guidance would be 76937-26
