Wiki Attestation time and discharge time documented

A provider documented in their attestation statement that the total APP + Physician time was 22 minutes. However, this is an inpatient discharge summary and the total time of discharge documented by the APP is 35 minutes. Can anyone tell me if the attestation time has to equal the discharge time documented? Thanks
