Hi,
Can anyone tell me if this attestation is sufficient to show that the MD examined a patient for a Managed Medicare claim? There was NP and MD involvement on this chart. "For this encounter, I reviewed the NP documentation, treatment plan and medical decision making. I have reviewed all lab and/or radiological studies and I had face-to-face time with the patient. I agree with the disposition plan of care. And of the HPI, PE and MDM, pertinent finding include UTI, bowel obstruction; will admit"
