How does your office handle phone calls from attorneys asking for the balance on a patient's account? I look for a release on file before giving out any information but the attorneys can be very pushy and we don't always have a current release. Thanks for any assistance
 
Always need a release. If we don't have it on file, the attorneys who call our office usually have one and fax it over right away.
