Audio only CPT codes 99441-99443 state "not originating from a related E/M service provided within the previous 7 days nor leading to an E/M service or procedure within the next 24 hours or soonest available appointment "
What if one Dr in a group practice does the Audio only visit and then the patient comes in to the office for a related visit at the next available appointment time to see a different Dr in the same group, same specialty, same Tax ID?
Would the audio only visit be "content of" the Office visit with a different Dr?

The telephone visit would be part of the E/M. Because they are same specialty, same group, same TIN, the providers are treated as if they were a single entity.
