Does anyone know who can dispense hearing aid accessories after the audiologist has seen and ordered the supplied. Things like lanyards, amplifiers, etc....Can not find information on what the requirements are. Also can we bill 99211 if a patient comes in and we have a brief teaching session that does not include the physician?
