Would someone have time to assist me with determining how many body areas we can provide credit for based on the exam below. Thanks!
PHYSICAL EXAM
With exception of the noted abnormals on the exam, the following areas were examined and found to be without suspicious lesions or rashes: Scalp, Face, Neck, Chest, including Breast and Axillae, Back, Abdomen, R/L Upper extremities, R/L lower extremities, Groin/Buttocks, Lips/Teeth/Gums, Digits/Nails, and Conjunctiva/Lids.
