Does anyone have an audit tool for pediatrics or any resources to where I might be able to find one.

No special audit tool

To my knowledge there is no special audit tool for pediatrics. (Though I wish there were ...) We use the 1995 guidelines, as we find they are "friendlier" to the pediatric exam - after all we're not likely to be doing breast exams, DRE or pelvic exams, but we DO need to check the fontanelles for infants.
