Can you bill for services, for mixing log preparation CPT Code 95165, after date of services?
For example the patient claim is for 9/1/2021.
The mixing log preparation has several dates of (mixing) after the date of service billed and patient has seen the doctor..9/5, 9/10 , 9/16.
