I am not certain if this is the forum for this question, but I will ask here first anyway. Is it possible for 2 coders to come up with different levels of service auditing the same note? I am questioning myself alot lately but each time I go over it I feel I am coding correctly. So is there a simple answer to how this happens?

YES!!!! You talk it out and discuss what the issue is...:)

Great question, and from what I've seen and heard from the coding community I frequent this does happen and yes, makes for lively discussions. Must always be ready to provide the authoritative documentation to support your level of assignment and being a good debater or in my case, arguer is a definite plus! (smiles). ---Suzanne E.
