Does anyone do chart audits for ob's. I looking for a form to use and I don't have any ideas on what it should have on it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

GU exam guidelines

Not my area of expertise, but ...

Google "1997 audit tool" and look for the Genitourinary specialty guidelines.
