I have a couple of questions for other auditors, who perform internal audits. Are there any guidelines dictating how long audit records must be kept on file? I am trying to streamline my filing process, and do not want to shred anything I should keep.

Also, if you have coding issues that come up through the course of business, notes are reviewed, and coding advice is given, how do other coders keep track of these?
