Any help would be great. What are the rules and guidelines for auditing a resident OB clinic. Most patients are self pay, medicare and mediaid. Are their guidelines out there and where can I look. I understand they have to have a physician sponsor but do we bill as resident primary or does it all go under the supervising physician? Anyone familiar with the primary care exception – that is what we follow. any guidence would be greatly appreciated!
