Wiki Auditing Worksheet Example for E & M Coding General Practice

I am beginning auditing for my company and am new to this, my career has been spent in healthcare IT. Does anyone have a sample of an auditing worksheet for outpatient office E & M coding, general practice that I could see. 2021 guidelines of course. I have tried a couple but they seem too detailed, I want efficient and effective. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Here is a template that I have used, updated for the 2021 E/M guidelines. It looks weird because the site won't allow me to upload an excel spreadsheet so I had to convert it to PDF.
