Does anyone know of where I can find rules for auditing for the new year 2021 rules?
 
The final rules for 2021 have not been published yet. However, the AAPC webinar "2021 E/M Guidelines: What's Changing and What You Need to Do to Prepare" from 3/23/20, which you can get on demand through the link below, offers a good thorough overview of the proposed rules and includes some charts that would be a good resource for audits, assuming nothing changes when the rules are finalized later this year.
