I am under the understanding that "Parenteral Controlled Substances" are the substances that are addictive and therefore controlled by the FDA. Is this correct?
The answer matters because it determines where this is put in the risk level of the MDM, high or moderate.

I was told by another Senior coder that it meant any substance that is controlled by volume.

Does anyone have anything definitive in writing that would clarify this issue for us?

Thank you,
