I code anesthesia but I need the CPT for a medicaid patient for a AV fistula?
 
There are different types of AV fistula's. Look at 36821 for direct, 36830 for gortex, then there are vein transpositions. These are for the creation of AV fistual. Really need more information on what was done.:rolleyes:
