BCBS called and said they would email verbiage about getting auth's for certain procedures and i would find the info on availity
has anyone heard about this and if so can you enlighten me please

Our BCBS TN has moved out of Evicore/Medsolutions and now uses Availity for their eligibility and pre auth requirements.

Sign in on Availity and go to payer spaces tab and you should be able to navigate from there.

They also have a helpful customer service that will help you navigate.
