As of 10/01/09, there is a new HCPCS code for Avastin - Q2024 'Injection, bevacizumab, 0.25 mg). Don't forget that there is already a code for Avastin - J9035 'Injection, bevacizumab, 10 mg'. Be sure to notice the difference in strength.
