I am looking for suggestions how to improve my hourly average. My providers are Family Practice and have a tendency to bring ALL past dx forward along with current dx. Some of this notes are 5 pages, then you have the notes that are simple straight forward are easy enough to bust them out. The boss states I am too thorough and need to create 20 claims hourly, however, I am in the top 5 of coders without returned claims for errors. At a loss.:confused:

Any suggestions?
