How do I code this?

The patient's AVF bled from the ulceration profusely.
Vascular surgery was consulted for bleeding from the ulceration overlying his AVF site
1. 2-0 prolene U-stitch placed around ulcerated site to control bleeding, without issue. –

I code for ED for facility and we charge for everything done in the ED including specialist coming to ED to do any work. In this case, the vascular surgeon came to ED as consult and did the stiches. As it was the vascular consult, I thought maybe someone in this group maybe able to help me.
