Can anyone help with this??
Ulsing ultrasound (perm picures for record) My needle entered the large venous cavitiy. Approx 1 liter was drained. With the cath still in place, I injected 5 cc of 98% ethanol solution then removed my catheter. More distally on the leg, I found another nest of veins. I entered the lumen of these veins and injected 5 ml here. There were no comps. This was for a very large arteriovenous malformation on the thigh.
I found S2202 (this is a medicare patient) Has anyone had one of these? I am familiar with 36471 also. Maybe I could bill with S2202?
