Hi~
New to Cardiothoracic coding so I am asking a lot of question to make sure I'm on the right path.
Procedure performed:
AVR procedure bioprosthesis, bilateral pulmonary vein radiofrequency ablation w/ LT atrial appendage amputation, implantation of an epicardial left vent lead. TEE pre/post op.

I know I have 33405, 33202.
Can I bill TEE post/pre or is that included
and I can't find anything for the radiofrequency ablation?

Any help would be much appreciated!
