What codes can a provider use with the Annual Wellness Visits? For example if a provider preforms an AWV and also does tobacco or BMI counseling on the same day can a provider code those services together? And what other codes can you bill with an AWV?

G0447 ? Face-to-face behavioral counseling for obesity, 15 minutes
