I'm employed with a FQHC. Does anyone bill an AWV and an E&M on the same day by different providers? It used to be a no-no. I can't find anything new regarding that and I think a modifier 25 applies but I don't want to be inappropriate or fraudulent. CMS wants all kinds of services...TCM, CCM, AWV....and then there is the ACO to meet guidelines...Help please!
