Wiki Awv and EM code on same visit

I am being told that cms no longer allows an AWV and EM code for a new issue to be billed on the same visit. I cannot find anything on this. Can anyone help?

I am also having similar denials, our provider has submitted an AWB along with an EM Code with the -25 modifier attached to the EM service and received a denial for bundled/inclusive service. Do these services need billed out separately? Any suggestions are appreciated.

From what I am getting is that they want the AWV done as a separate thing on a separate day. It can even be done over the phone. Just not with problem based billed EM code.
