Wiki AWV performed at home visit?

I was asked this morning if our physician could perform an AWV at a patient's home. One of my co-workers said she didn't think so, but I was looking around online and saw something that said, yes, due to the pandemic and relaxed guidelines from CMS. I did see that AWV's were being done VIA telehealth, so I didn't see why in person at the patient's home would necessarily be an issue then. It wasn't an article that I would feel comfortable giving because I don't know how reliable the source is. I would appreciate any type of guidance on this topic, any articles, etc. would be super helpful!! thanks :)
