Does a patient have to be over 65 to bill for G0439 annual wellness visit?

I don't believe so, they just have to be enrolled with Medicare. Not only does a patient's age qualify them for Medicare coverage, but a patient can also have Medicare insurance due to disability or ESRD at any age.
