Hi, For a Medicare payor has anyone used C9756 for the ICG injection and used with the spy probe? Primary procedure is CPT 38525, biopsy of sentinel lymph node. CPT 38900 is for non-Medicare or for injection of methylene blue or ICG without the spy probe. EPIC is showing C9756 needs to be coded with Hysterectomy codes or similar procedure. 3M does not show any edit. This is for hospital coding. Thank you!
