Pt gets a typical Axillary to femoral bypass with PTFE

and then after the bypass was placed there was no pulse in the left posterior tibial artery. Open approach and fogarty embolectoomy catheter was passed in the PT artery and the clot was removed

How is the PT thrombectomy reported? 37184? 37186? or 35305? or is considered inflow/outflow artery and not reported?
