We did the antepartum care. Pt delivered at home Placenta delivered in ambulance to hospital. we saw pt in hospital and will be doing all postpartum care. Help code this????

Bill the antepartum care only, cpt 59425 or 59426 and bill post partum care only, cpt 59430
