I need help coding a patient with hx of alcoholism, chronic liver disease and cirrhosis. The patient developed ascites and subsequently had paracentesis which grew out Enterococcus. The physician documented "bacterascites". How do you code "bacterascites"?

I would go with 571.2 chronic alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, 789.59 ascites, and 041.04 for Group D strep or Enterococcus
