Is bacteremia considered high risk on the table of risk chart? The provider is treating the bacteremia with IV antibiotics.
 
You can't tell the risk of a condition from the condition itself. The risk is what the provider orders after diagnosing the patient with Bacteremia. IV antibiotics is listed as IV fluids with additives under moderate risk. What I often do for the presenting problem is check on Google to see if the problem can be cured or is chronic or whatever to try to figure out what level the Presenting Problem should be. Also, check the documentation for any severity or if there is any other descriptions of the problem.
