My physician saw a patient and scheduled them for a Bakers Cyst drainage.
This is the body of his report:
The painful area was marked and then prepped with alcohol. A 25-gage needle was atraumatically introduced and advanced into the skin and subcutaneous tissue under ultrasound guidance. The mas was detected under ultrasound, it seemed not be a cyst, we even attempted with 18 G 1 1/2 inch needle to drain, however it was dry. We removed the needle.

It looks to me like he actually did everything that would have been done for a 20611. Please let me know if I should be looking at another code.

Thank you for your assistance.
