Wiki Balloon Dialation x2 same procedure?

Dr. states he dialated two different strictures in the same session. One at 22 cm and the other at the EG Junction. Used the same balloon. Can I bill for both? 43249 DX: 530.3 and 43249-59 DX 530.3? Pt does have indications of dysphasgia and Hiatal Hernia was found. HELP!
