Patient had an excision of squamous cell carcinoma of nose 1.1 cm with closure with a banner flap,would this just be one code ?
 
Check with your Dr., but I believe a "banner flap" is a type of transpositional and or rotational flap, which means you can utilize CPT 14060, it is an all inclusive code that takes care of the excision and repair.
