Our bariatric surgeon has performed some laprascopic port revisions in cases where the port has flipped. The only code that comes close to meeting the description of this procedure is CPT 43886 which reads, "Gastric restrictive procedure; open; revision of subcutaneous port component only." Can anyone tell me the applicable code for laprascopic revision?
