Hello - any bariatric coders out there?

Patient has an ulcer at the jejunal limb post Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.

Surgeon did an exploratory laparotomy with oversewing of the marginal ulcer.

I am looking at 43840 but it does not talk about the jejunum...any thoughts?

Greatly appreciate feedback!
