Wiki Bariatric Testing

I have a psychologist that is doing pre-bariatric surgery testing on patients. How should this be coded. Three hours are required for the test.

Depends on which type of tests. More than likely it will be the 96101 x3

I also have the same problem. However; we have billed 3 UOS of 96101 and the diagnosis is not covered, we used 278.01, what am I missing? BMI? Do I need a v-code. I also understand Morbid Obesity will not be paid as a primary diagnosis??
