I'm trying to find a seminar for Bariatrics. It doesn't matter where I have to fly, I just really need to go. Any ideas?
 
I have found they are difficult to come by. You could check with ASMBS (American Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery) or if your state has its own chapter for bariatric surgeons, they may serve as resources. You could also try your state medical society to see if they have any educational resources that are offered.
 
I once worked for a Bariatric surgeon and found the conference by the ASMBS a good source of information. There Spring Conference is coming up soon. Check on the ASMBS website for place and dates. Also check with your supplier (i.e. Allergan) they sometime have information that can be passed on to the office staff.
