Has anyone else been using this new company Barricaid with discectomies? Would love to hear about your process and what has been happening with your claims.
 
Hello Tabatha,
I work for Intrinsic Therapeutics who created Barricaid. I am also a certified coder and ASC Administrator. The code C9757 was assigned to Barricaid by Medicare. It looks like a HCPCS code for implants, but it is not. Are you coding for a Hospital or ASC? I am happy to help you understand the coding/billing/reimbursement of Barricaid.
