Wiki BASILICA procedure with TAVR

My providers performed a "BASILICA" procedure prior to TAVR on a patient with a previous aortic valve replacement. I'm seeing lots of articles describing it but none that suggest coding for it in addition to the TAVR. The approach was transfemoral. Any suggestions on CPT code, or should I just append a 22 modifier. Thank you for any help!
