Hi - Has anyone received denials from BCBS stating you cannot bill a Well Woman exam with contraception management i.e. refills of birth control? I think someone is misunderstanding the letter and BC wants the specific surveillance of codes instead of generic contraception, but there's always a chance that something has changed. Thanks for any info you can provide!
