Hi,
Has anyone ever heard of Pts not needing to have a referral for BCBS HMO if they are over the age of 65?
Our previous biller told our clinic that if they were 65 years of age or older, they did not need one, but I just got a denial stating otherwise. I'm in Texas and it was a JEA policy.
